We aim to ensure that expectant parents are put into groups with those expecting at a similar time (ideally within 4 weeks) as well as with those livening local to them.

Unfortunately, there is just not enough time to cover this important topic, however, we refer clients onto local providers who offer them a discount.

Yes! We are keen to give expectant parents first-hand experiences so, face-to-face sessions include nappy changing, dressing and bathing sessions.

One of the main ways we are unique is that we spend equal time on postnatal topics as we do talking about labour and birth. In addition, as we are not affiliated with any external organisation, we are able to provide non-biased information on every aspect of your parenting journey.

We have recorded sessions which can be sent out to anyone who misses a particular topic. In addition, each client receives a comprehensive “Course Companion” with written information on everything covered on the course plus additional information too.

We take a maximum of 9 couples per course and a minimum of 5. Most courses have on average 6-9 couples.

Yes. We encourage all birthing partners to attend each session.

We don’t take bookings before your 12-week scan and we recommend booking between 12-20 weeks. Be aware that courses do book up and fill quickly.

Sessions have been taking place on Zoom since March 2020 and the feedback has been extremely positive. We have adapted all our teaching materials and methods to ensure clients receive the same level of knowledge, support and gain friendships too.

We average around 3 courses a month so currently around 36 courses per year.
